I built Maison Verum for clients who value aesthetic vision, discretion, and absolute reliability in the execution of real estate projects.
For over ten years, I have worked with private clients, family offices, and internationally minded owners on residential renovations and private real estate projects, including my own property investments.
Before founding Maison Verum, I was part of the private equity team at a major global real estate firm, working with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and HNWIs on capital-raising projects for landmark developments across major international cities.
My perspective has been shaped by the cities in which I have lived, studied, and worked: Moscow, New York, Shanghai, and Frankfurt.
Today, Maison Verum is a Frankfurt-based, founder-led boutique property service. The core focus is the greater Rhein-Main region as well as selected vacation home and international projects.
I provide comprehensive oversight for high-quality residential projects, from concept development, budget and financial planning to precise on-site execution. This includes complex renovations and refurbishment programmes, the implementation of interior design concepts, as well as the marketing and leasing of residential investment properties.
Acting as the owner’s on-the-ground representative, I coordinate trusted craftsmen and specialist contractors and ensure that each project is carried out with precision, discretion, and a clear focus on quality.

Experience includes full refurbishment projects involving up to 20 specialist contractors as well as focused high-end upgrades. Owners benefit from clear reporting, structured decision-making, and discreet, efficient on-site supervision with access to trusted contractors and craftsmen Maison Verum has worked with consistently over the years.
Design Implementation
Precise execution of interior design concepts ––––––– Maison Verum partners with design studios to bring the owners’ interior design vision to life, coordinating architects and craftsmen, managing orders and delivery schedules, and overseeing installation and fit-out. The focus is on aesthetic consistency and precise execution of the approved design concept, with reliable oversight when the owners are not present.
Leasing
End-to-end execution of residential leasing mandates ––––––– Maison Verum manages leasing for residential investment properties, from property marketing to handover, including viewing coordination, tenant selection, lease execution, and move-in preparation. Maison Verum represents the owners' interests throughout, with careful pre-screening and a strong focus on tenant quality and fit, ensuring the lease matches the property’s positioning and the owners' expectations.
Vacation Properties
Curated concepts and project oversight for second residences ––––––– Maison Verum supports second-home projects on a selected basis with tailored positioning and practical planning, from upgrades and refurbishments to furnishing coordination and experience-driven concepts that enhance the property's long-term value. On request, the property can be prepared for optional rental use, with standards aligned to owners' expectations.
International Projects
International project oversight for residential properties ––––––– Maison Verum coordinates renovations with trusted German partners and carefully selected local providers, manages international furnishing delivery and interior design implementation, and ensures precise execution and efficient on-site operations when owners are not present, upon request.
